i dont have any filters on my computer so i did not use a filter.. i used the dodge tool in the middle part of the body because it was too dark. i used the burn tool to darken the arms and the face mask and his fact and i darken the star. i used the star as a custom tool. i smudged the mask so it would look good with his face and i also smudged the middle part of the body so it would go well with his body.
layer 2 by the way is the custom tool of the star.
